Savaco wants to stimulate creativity and 'thinking outside the box'. Moreover, they are convinced that technology can change the world. That's why they organise the Savaco hackathon for HOWEST students and for their own employees. Together with a team of young and less young enthusiasts, we are going to work on the following assignment: "Build a digital workplace assistant to be healthier, more mobile and smarter to go through life".
How can technology help us to exercise more and make our way of moving more efficient?  Prove us that it's possible!

As a technology distributor and IT service provider from Kortrijk, Savaco wants to use this initiative to stimulate entrepreneurship and teamwork. What's important here is not words, but deeds. That is the challenge of a hackathon. Within a limited period of time - this time at noon - we combine our collective knowledge and skills in small teams and we work non-stop to convert our ideas into first concrete solutions and realisations. Not obvious of course... but definitely an enriching experience. Are you ready to create impact?!

Program:
12 noon - 10 pm: elaboration of use cases by 14 teams
10 pm - 11 pm: presentation of use case per team to jury
11 p.m. - award ceremony
